Joe Damante

Joe has been a part of the roofing industry for over 40 years! His vast knowledge and experience in commercial roofing are a great asset to our team. His knowledge includes TPO and EPDM roofing systems as well as flat roof supervision. He is a great example to the younger employees and takes pride in training them and encouraging their growth. He is responsible for inspecting our jobs to ensure that the products are installed correctly, our RJK expectation of quality is always met, and that our employees consistently follow safety and OSHA regulations. Above all else, Joe cares about the safety of each and every employee. In his spare time, Joe enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and grandkids.
