Javier Marquez

Javier has been a part of team RJK since 2022. His previous work experience as a roofing foreman has given him the foundation and knowledge in the roofing industry in order for him to excel in his role as Production Supervisor. 

As the Production Supervisor, he supervises the quality and completion of projects, manages the installation of materials and performs on-the-job training for our laborers and foreman. He has also been trained to operate the JLG forklift and the crane. He is an integral part of our team as he leads crews with integrity and ensures that our installation and materials are up to RJK's high-quality standards.

In his spare time, he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.
