Jefrey Ficke

Jefrey brings nearly a decade of experience in retail management, where he honed his skills in customer service and managing customer interactions. At RJK, Jefrey is actively involved in traveling to job sites, collaborating with vendors to negotiate pricing, reviewing site plans, and staying on top of industry knowledge.

Jefrey genuinely enjoys the opportunity to connect with vendors and clients, fostering strong relationships throughout each project. For him, seeing a concept evolve into a fully realized project from start to finish is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, Jefrey loves to travel and spend quality time with his dog, Kole. He also takes great pride in being an uncle to two amazing nieces, Molly and Maddie, and never misses a chance to spoil them.
