Rosa Ramos

With six years of experience in banking, where Rosa worked as a lead teller and manager assistant, she developed strong communication skills and gained valuable experience in handling employee-related matters. Rosa graduated from Cleveland State University in 2021 with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration, which provided a solid foundation for her current role. As an HR Generalist, her day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding, managing employee relations, administering benefits, and overseeing payroll. While Rosa is still learning the ins and outs of the role, she enjoys the continuous learning process and appreciates how everything she learns connects and builds on her previous knowledge. A natural with numbers, she finds satisfaction in this aspect of her job, along with the positive work environment at RJK. Grateful for the opportunity to be part of RJK, Rosa is excited about her future with the company. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and going on small adventures together.
