Charlie explained everything so well and was the only one to go into the attic. We really felt that he was knowledgeable. That's why we picked RJK! The entire crew was very responsive and responded with "yes ma'am." They cleaned up every day. We felt that they worked hard and took pride in their work. For example, James was proud of the work he did on a rounded section of our roof. Donnie and Justin, who replaced our gutters, answered all of our questions. And, of course, Greg Tomasic was very friendly and always responded promptly and kept me informed of process and any issues. Our roof looks great, and we are hoping it holds up to the warranty!

Quality. Charlie was great to work with. He is thorough & extremely attentive. Would have liked to receive a call at end of each day of project with what was done & what is left to be done in next days of the project. Project manager was always prompt returning calls & explained answers to questions well and thoroughly. Team on the project were friendly and courteous. The foreman did a great job keeping us informed on things they were doing on site when they were there.
