This was a full roof and skylight replacement in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The original roof was 28 years old with no visible leaks or issues, other than one shingle, which came off in a wind storm. After further inspection, there was damage to the flashing, as well as significant moss growth around the chimney. The homeowners wanted to get the roof and skylight replaced, so we got to work. We tore off the existing roof and replaced the flashing around the chimney. We also installed new Perma boots and ridge vents. We replaced the shingles with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles in the color Teak. We then fabricated and installed a new mounted skylight, and reinstalled the original gutters to finish this project.

This was a full roof and gutter replacement in University Heights, Ohio. This home had substantial ice dams this past year, and the homeowner wanted to look into the root cause. Ice dams are ridges of ice that form at the edge of a roof. They happen when heat from inside a house escapes into the attic, melts snow on top of the roof, and the water runs down to the cold eaves and refreezes. This is usually caused by poor insulation or ventilation. We tore off the roof and gutters, and blocked off the original gable vents in the attic. We then installed a DCI SmartVent to allow for better attic ventilation. For the small flat roof and detached garage, we used a CertainTeed 2-ply Flintlastic Roofing System in the color Moire Black. For the rest of the home, we replaced the shingles with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Williamsburg Grey. To finish off this project, we fabricated and installed new 5" gutters and 2x3" downspouts, as well as a Leaf Relief on the garage.

This was a full roof and gutter replacement in Cleveland, Ohio. We did the primary house roof in 2015, but due to the wind, shingles had since come loose. There were not any visible leaking issues from inside the house. We tore off the existing roof and replaced it with a CertainTeed Flintlastic Roofing System in the color Weathered Wood. There was not inside access to the attic, so we added some extra ventilation in the new roof to prevent trapped air and moisture. We then fabricated and installed new 5" gutters and 2x3" downspouts to finish off this project.

This customer was in need of a roof repair. She had some shingles that we could use, so we were able to utilize those in replacing the damaged shingles on her roof. 

This is a previous customer of ours who was in need of a roof repair. His home was in need of new cap shingles due to the existing ones being damaged from heavy winds. We also inspected some other shingles that were lifting due to the wind. We were able to replace the damaged cap shingles with new ones and sealed the unsealed shingles. We also performed an inspection of the roof for any other damage from the wind. 

This repair had us tear off the shingles on the back of this unit. We had to install new ice and water shield over the entire roof, pas the steeper sloped transition. We also installed new drip edge and tied in new shingles to the existing roof.

On another section of the roof, we removed some shingled and installed new step flashing over the apron flashing. 

This customer was experiencing a leak in the bedroom. We were able to remove the shingles from the lower back section of the roof and installed new step flashing as well as ice and water shield. This repair also required us to detach the gutters and the trim so it wasn't digging into the roof. We replaced all of the shingles by tying them into the exising roof to ensure everything was in place to keep the roof from leaking again.

We work with many management companies to help with the various roofing and gutter needs of their properties. This property is one of those scenarios. The property was in need of a roof repair. There was an area of the roof near a valley that was leaking. 

We removed the shingles to find the leak and repaired it by installing new ice and water shield and a new aluminum valley to ensure any of the possible reasons for the leak were taken care of. We then installed new shingles in case the original ones were also causing the problem. 

Some shingles were also missing on another part of the roof, so we installed new shingles in that area as well. 

This customer called in with broken gutters due to damage from icicles. Our crew went out and removed the damaged gutter and gutter guards from the front of the garage. We were able to fabricate new, white 5" gutters for her and installed them where the damaged gutters were removed. We also installed a new downspout and some new gutter guards. As always, the crew made sure to clean up all debris left over in order to maintain a clean job site. 

This Cleveland Heights customer needed gutters installed on the second story of his home. We were able to fabricate seamless gutters for him and install them using hidden hangers. The customer chose white gutters to match the existing ones on the main floor of his home. Now the look of his home is complete with these new gutters.

This returning customer of ours called needing a repair to her garage roof. There were some shingles that were damaged on one side of her garage. Our crew was able to take care of this repair in a timely manner. We replaced the damaged shingles with new ones and ensured the area was water-tight.
