David S. agreed, and our crew was able to replace the roof with the Carlisle Sure-Seal EPDM system within the next few weeks. Laurie B. of Bainbridge had a 20-year-old roof on her home and detached garage and wanted to replace it before any problems could occur. Executive Home Management of Moreland Hills had chimney flashing, gutters, and a flat roof that needed to be evaluated by a professional. The gutters were leaking at the seams and the flat roof and flashing were causing leaks inside the home. They called RJK Roofing Solutions, and Jeff was scheduled to give them an estimate to remedy the situation.

After Jeff's evaluation, he determined that RJK could help! Our crew was able to repair the flat roof, flashing, and gutters within the next few weeks. Their leaks are gone, and we have another satisfied customer!

This project was completed using Carlisle Sure-Seal .060 Non-Reinforced EPDM. It was a 57,000 sq ft project. We had the ballast removed in order to expose the roof. Once exposed, we removed the old roof and replaced the insulation with 1.5" ISO. Once the ISO was in place, we added a fully adhered Carlisle EPDM roofing system. 

This roof is covered by a 20 year warranty and has a 72mph wind rating. Our crew worked hard to deliver quality craftsmanship as well as good customer service. 

This project was for a residential home with a flat garage roof. We had to remove the existing roof down to the deck. The roof was replaced with Carlisle SURE-SEAL EPDM roof.  This job is one of the many flat, residential roofs we are able to work on.

Our low slope division mainly replaces large, commercial projects. However, we are also available and able to produce smaller, residential projects as needed. 

This project entailed replacing a home-owner's flat, garage roof. The roof needed to be stripped down the deck. Once removed, our crew installed a half-inch coverboard on the decking. The roofing system that was applied was Carlisle SURE-SEAL EPDM. 

This home was located right on Lake Erie. The garage roof is exposed to the elements all year long and was ready to be replaced. An EPDM roof is a great option for a residential flat roof due to it's durability. 

Here we have another example of work our commercial crew can do for a residential customer. We often do flat, garage roofs for homeowners. In this instance, the customer needed us to replace their back patio roof. 

This roof replacement was very similar to how we replace a flat garage roof. The roof was torn off down to the decking and a half-inch coverboard was installed on top. This project, however, called for a Carlisle SURE-WELD white TPO roof. This is what is called a Fully-Adhered roofing system. 

We were honored to work with the Cleveland Vet Center to replace the roof on the facility. This roof was is bad condition. The decking was bad in multiple places and had to be replaced. Vapor Barrier was added to ensure protection from moisture. 

This roof was replaced with a Carlisle Roofing System. We used a Carlisle Sure-Tough .060 EPDM roof. This system is mechanically fastened. This was a multi-level roof. The upper section was removed down the deck and replaced. We also installed all new scuppers, coping and downspouts to this roof.

This returning customer of ours called needing a repair to her garage roof. There were some shingles that were damaged on one side of her garage. Our crew was able to take care of this repair in a timely manner. We replaced the damaged shingles with new ones and ensured the area was water-tight. As always, our crew also made sure to clean up any debris left over from this repair. We're always happy to have returning customers who trust us to get the job done right. 

This Cleveland Heights customer needed gutters installed on the second story of his home. We were able to fabricate seamless gutters for him and install them using hidden hangers. The customer chose white gutters to match the existing ones on the main floor of his home. Now the look of his home is complete with these new gutters.

This customer experienced a leak after the extremely high winds and rain we experienced. We were able to do a temporary roof repair to cover the area with roofing felt. The customer is going to contact her insurance company, and we will work with her for any further repairs that are needed. 

This customer called in with broken gutters due to damage from icicles. Our crew went out and removed the damaged gutter and gutter guards from the front of the garage. We were able to fabricate new, white 5" gutters for her and installed them where the damaged gutters were removed. We also installed a new downspout and some new gutter guards. As always, the crew made sure to clean up all debris left over in order to maintain a clean job site. 

One of the many services we offer is gutter cleaning. Our crew will often take on the monumental task of cleaning the gutters at entire condominium complexes each Spring and Fall. This job was one of those tasks. We cleaned all of the gutters and downspouts at the Grosse Point Oval condominiums in Strongsville, Ohio. We remove and reset the elbows as needed as well and run water through the gutters to ensure they are fully cleared. We look forward to providing this service again in the Fall. 

We work with many management companies to help with the various roofing and gutter needs of their properties. This property is one of those scenarios. The property was in need of a roof repair. There was an area of the roof near a valley that was leaking. 

We removed the shingles to find the leak and repaired it by installing new ice and water shield and a new aluminum valley to ensure any of the possible reasons for the leak were taken care of. We then installed new shingles in case the original ones were also causing the problem. 

Some shingles were also missing on another part of the roof, so we installed new shingles in that area as well. 

This customer experienced a sudden leak in her bedroom after some heavy rain. We went out and provided an emergency temporary repair by tarping her roof. 

This customer was experiencing a leak in the bedroom. We were able to remove the shingles from the lower back section of the roof and installed new step flashing as well as ice and water shield. This repair also required us to detach the gutters and the trim so it wasn't digging into the roof. We replaced all of the shingles by tying them into the exising roof to ensure everything was in place to keep the roof from leaking again.

This repair had us tear off the shingles on the back of this unit. We had to install new ice and water shield over the entire roof, pas the steeper sloped transition. We also installed new drip edge and tied in new shingles to the existing roof.

On another section of the roof, we removed some shingled and installed new step flashing over the apron flashing. 

This is a previous customer of ours who was in need of a roof repair. His home was in need of new cap shingles due to the existing ones being damaged from heavy winds. We also inspected some other shingles that were lifting due to the wind. We were able to replace the damaged cap shingles with new ones and sealed the unsealed shingles. We also performed an inspection of the roof for any other damage from the wind. 

This customer was in need of a roof repair. She had some shingles that we could use, so we were able to utilize those in replacing the damaged shingles on her roof. 

This customer is a previous customer of ours. He needed 2 new damper vents installed on his roof. We were able to install the damper vents and the insulated flex line to vent his bath fans out of the attic. As part of this repair, we had to install new ice and water shield to keep the area around the new vents water tight. We also tied in new shingles into the existing roof. 

This customer was in need of an emergency temporary repair. There was a section of his roof where several shingles had blown off from high winds. We were able to get out there and put some felt over this area of the roof in order to keep it water-tight. 

This customer was in need of a gutter and soffit repair. We fabricated and installed new 6" aluminum gutters on the back part of the house where the gutters had fallen off. We also installed a new 6" downspout on that gutter. 

We removed a damaged piece of soffit vent from one of the eaves due to an animal entering the roof through that area. We installed new solid wood blocking where the wood had been damaged and sealed all the voids. We also caulked her chimney and inspected the roof for any other damage.
