This Willoughby customer called with an initial complaint of a leaking skylight. We like to go out to inspect the skylight and the area of the roof around it to ensure if the skylight needs to be replaced or not. Due to the age of this particular skylight, our representative felt the best decision was to replace the skylight. 

Once our winter weather clears, our crew will be able to go out and replace this skylight. We will be using a Velux FCM-3046 Laminated LowE3 skylight. We will also replace the flashing kit to ensure a proper seal and tie in any new shingles to the existing roof. 

This was a previous customer of ours who called in with a problem with his fascia. The fascia was coming off of the soffit at the peak of his roof. 

We were able to get out to his home and fabricate a new piece of fascia metal to match his existing fascia. The crew attached the fascia metal and got the area looking good as new. 

This customer was one of hundreds of calls that we received for a problem with an ice dam causing water intrusion into her home. This winter has been exceptionally cold, and when the ice backs up under the shingles and the warm heat from the home hits it, it can begin to melt the ice and cause a leak into the home.

We got a crew out within a couple days of her call due to the volume of ice dams we were working to remove. Our company performs a manual ice removal. Our guys put calcium chloride on the ice and chip away at it in order to get it removed and get the water flowing again. This customer was one of several happy customers we were able to help with this issue.

This customer called in saying he noticed a leak in his skylight. He was unsure of the age of the skylight. We were able to replace it with a brand new one. 

The skylight we used was a Velux FCM-3046 Laminated LowE3 skylight. This particular skylight had solar-powered blinds. There are several variations of skylights available, and our crews do an excellent job at installing them. 

This was a previous customer of ours. She called saying 5 of the shingles on her roof had come off. We have done several roof repairs for this customer in the past, so it's great that our work is trusted and we can provide good service again. 

This customer had the replacement shingles, so we were able to install them for her where necessary. Our crew always works to maintain a clean job site and remove any debris that may have been created. 

Recently we did a roof repair for a repeat customer. The customer was experiencing a leak into her kitchen. We were able to get out to the home in a timely manner and see where the issue was coming from. 

Our crew removed the shingles and pipe boot from the area the leak was occurring and installed new ice guard/underlayment to prevent any further leaks form getting into the home. We installed new shingles and step flashing as well as a new pipe boot to ensure the area was water tight.  

This repeat customer gave us a call in need of a gutter repair. His gutter was sagging and not allowing for proper water flow into the gutter. The water was runnin on top of the gutter and onto the ground instead of flowing into the gutter.

We were able to fabricate a new 5 inch gutter for the broken section. Our crew attached it along with a new downspout the help ensure proper water flow. We are always happy to service our repeat customers. 

This repair was completed for the Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library. The library was in need of new gutters on its second story. Our company is able to fashion our own seamless gutters, which is what we did for this project. They needed 6 inch, white gutters and new downspouts as well. This repair also included fabricating new facia metal.

There was an exposed fascia board on the building. So, our crew fabricated the fascia metal and installed it in the area where it was missing. Our crews do a great job of cleaning up all debris once a job is complete. Now the library has beautiful new gutters for our Spring and Summer rains to come.

This customer had fascia metal hanging off the front of her home. We replaced the damaged wood and installed a new piece of fascia metal to match her existing fascia. 

The recent strong winds our area experienced caused this home owner to lose an approximate 3 foot strip of her shingles. This is a very common occurrence during high winds. We were able to take care of her by having our crew go our and replace the area with missing shingles with the closest color match we had. 

This customer was one of many calls that we received where her shingles blew off in the recent strong wind storm we experienced. We were able to complete a temporary emergency repair. To do this, our crew will either tack down felt (roofing underlayment) or a tarp to cover the area where the shingles blew off in order to keep it water tight. For this customer, we used felt. 

The customer is working with her insurance comany to help cover the damages, and we will continue to work with her to help her with permanently repairing the damages. 

This customer had a cap shingle come loose during the recent wind storms. Besides the damaged shingle, the customer also needed a new ridge vent in the area where the damage was sustained. We were able to remove the damaged shingle and ridge vent and replace both to the customer's satisfaction.

This repair was completed at one of the many condominium complexes we work with. This customer had a small piece of siding blow off in the recent wind storms. We were able to replace the siding with a matching piece. 

This customer had 6 downspouts in need of extensions. We installed 6 downspout extensions for him and removed any debris. 

This repair was completed for a condo complex that we a lot of work for. This unit owner could hear water dripping in the wall of the living room. Since the wall was an exterior wall without plumbing running through it, he thought it had to be the roof. 

When we went on site, no leak or dripping was observed. The customer provided a damper vent cover, which we fastened down as a way to help prevent any leak that could be present. 

This repair was another repair done for one of the many management companies we work with. This particular condo in Mentor was in need of a siding repair. A piece of the siding was missing, so we were able to match it and install a new piece.

This customer had some cap shingles blow off his roof due to the recent high winds. We were able to match the shingles and install new ones to replace the damaged ones. We also installed new ridge vents to replace the existing damaged ridge vent.

This customer had a piece of siding come off. We were able to match the piece of siding and install a new piece.

This customer was in need of a new skylight. We install Velux brand skylights of various kinds. We removed the old skylight from the roof as well as the shingles around it. We installed new ice and water shingles where we had removed the shingles in order to make sure the roof was water-tight. Next we installed the new Velux skylight and the flashing kit to tie it onto the roof. We installed new shingles around the new skylight and tied those into the existing roof. Our crew removed all debris in order to leave a clean jobsite for our customer.

This customer had the unfortunate experience of having a neighbor's tree fall onto her gutters. We were able to fabricate new, seamless gutters for her and install them. We also installed some new Leaf Relief gutter guards to help keep her gutters clear of leaves and other debris.

This customer had the unfortunate experience of a small branch falling through his roof, creating a small hole. We went out and tarped the area of his roof. He is currently working with his insurance company so that we can provide further repairs to the roof.

This customer needed an emergency temporary repair. She had a tree fall on her home, creating 2 large holes in her roof. We were able to get out there after the tree was removed and tarped her roof to keep it water tight. 

This condominium complex had several units in need of siding repairs. Some units were experiencing siding that was lifting in different areas. We were able to refasten all of those pieces of siding for the homeowners. One unit had a piece of siding that was missing. We were able to replace that piece for that homeowner. 

This condominium complex is one where we have done a lot of work. This particular unit had a shingle with a nail that was nailed into the wrong place, thus causing a leak. We were able to remove tha shingle and install a fresh, new shingle. We also sealed around the apron above the leak to help ensure the leak was stopped and the area was water-tight.

This condominium complex located in Painesville had a couple of units that needed siding repairs. One unit had some metal that was missing in one corner of the siding. We were able to replace it for the homeowner. Another unit had siding that needed to be reinstalled, so we took care of that and fastened the trim metal as well. 

This customer was in need of a roof repair. We needed to remove the loose ridge cap shingles from his roof. Next, we installed new ridge cap shingles and ensured they were fastened properly. Finally, we cleaned away any debris from the repair. 

This condominium was in need of a gutter repair. The gutter was falling off of the second story of the roof. We removed the falling gutter and fabricated a new one. We installed the new one as well as a new downspouts. The homeowner was happy with our work.

This particular condo complex had several units in need of emergency repairs. The first unit needed us to replace missing shingles on the ridge of the roof. We were able to match the shingles and take care of that roof. On the next unit, we replaced a missing HVAC cap for the homeowner. The third unit had some damaged siding. We were able to match it and installed a new piece. The next unit also needed a siding repair. It has some loose siding that we were able to refasten. The fifth unit need new cap shingles installed where some were missing. The final unit needed us to fabricate new fascia metal. We installed the metal where it was missing on the unit's roof line. 

This is a repeat customer of ours. He had some shingles missing on his roof. We were able to match them to the best of our ability and replace them for him.

This condo complex had 2 units in need of siding repairs. We were able to reinstall a missing piece of siding on one unit. We fastened the loose piece of siding on the other unit. 

This customer was experiencing a roof leak on his residential flat roof. We removed the metal roof on the back of his home and made sure none of the plywood needed to be replaced. We installed new drip edge and a new CertainTeed SBS roofing system onto the roof. Our crew tied this new system into the shingled roof. We also installed a new soil stack on the flat roof's soil stack pipe.
