This Willoughby customer called with an initial complaint of a leaking skylight. We like to go out to inspect the skylight and the area of the roof around it to ensure if the skylight needs to be replaced or not. Due to the age of this particular skylight, our representative felt the best decision was to replace the skylight. 

Once our winter weather clears, our crew will be able to go out and replace this skylight. We will be using a Velux FCM-3046 Laminated LowE3 skylight. We will also replace the flashing kit to ensure a proper seal and tie in any new shingles to the existing roof. 

This was a previous customer of ours who called in with a problem with his fascia. The fascia was coming off of the soffit at the peak of his roof. 

We were able to get out to his home and fabricate a new piece of fascia metal to match his existing fascia. The crew attached the fascia metal and got the area looking good as new. 

This customer was one of hundreds of calls that we received for a problem with an ice dam causing water intrusion into her home. This winter has been exceptionally cold, and when the ice backs up under the shingles and the warm heat from the home hits it, it can begin to melt the ice and cause a leak into the home.

We got a crew out within a couple days of her call due to the volume of ice dams we were working to remove. Our company performs a manual ice removal. Our guys put calcium chloride on the ice and chip away at it in order to get it removed and get the water flowing again. This customer was one of several happy customers we were able to help with this issue.

This customer called in saying he noticed a leak in his skylight. He was unsure of the age of the skylight. We were able to replace it with a brand new one. 

The skylight we used was a Velux FCM-3046 Laminated LowE3 skylight. This particular skylight had solar-powered blinds. There are several variations of skylights available, and our crews do an excellent job at installing them. 

This was a previous customer of ours. She called saying 5 of the shingles on her roof had come off. We have done several roof repairs for this customer in the past, so it's great that our work is trusted and we can provide good service again. 

This customer had the replacement shingles, so we were able to install them for her where necessary. Our crew always works to maintain a clean job site and remove any debris that may have been created. 

Recently we did a roof repair for a repeat customer. The customer was experiencing a leak into her kitchen. We were able to get out to the home in a timely manner and see where the issue was coming from. 

Our crew removed the shingles and pipe boot from the area the leak was occurring and installed new ice guard/underlayment to prevent any further leaks form getting into the home. We installed new shingles and step flashing as well as a new pipe boot to ensure the area was water tight.  

This repeat customer gave us a call in need of a gutter repair. His gutter was sagging and not allowing for proper water flow into the gutter. The water was runnin on top of the gutter and onto the ground instead of flowing into the gutter.

We were able to fabricate a new 5 inch gutter for the broken section. Our crew attached it along with a new downspout the help ensure proper water flow. We are always happy to service our repeat customers. 

This repair was completed for the Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library. The library was in need of new gutters on its second story. Our company is able to fashion our own seamless gutters, which is what we did for this project. They needed 6 inch, white gutters and new downspouts as well. This repair also included fabricating new facia metal.

There was an exposed fascia board on the building. So, our crew fabricated the fascia metal and installed it in the area where it was missing. Our crews do a great job of cleaning up all debris once a job is complete. Now the library has beautiful new gutters for our Spring and Summer rains to come.

This customer had fascia metal hanging off the front of her home. We replaced the damaged wood and installed a new piece of fascia metal to match her existing fascia. 

The recent strong winds our area experienced caused this home owner to lose an approximate 3 foot strip of her shingles. This is a very common occurrence during high winds. We were able to take care of her by having our crew go our and replace the area with missing shingles with the closest color match we had. 

This customer was one of many calls that we received where her shingles blew off in the recent strong wind storm we experienced. We were able to complete a temporary emergency repair. To do this, our crew will either tack down felt (roofing underlayment) or a tarp to cover the area where the shingles blew off in order to keep it water tight. For this customer, we used felt. 

The customer is working with her insurance comany to help cover the damages, and we will continue to work with her to help her with permanently repairing the damages. 

This customer had a cap shingle come loose during the recent wind storms. Besides the damaged shingle, the customer also needed a new ridge vent in the area where the damage was sustained. We were able to remove the damaged shingle and ridge vent and replace both to the customer's satisfaction.

This repair was completed at one of the many condominium complexes we work with. This customer had a small piece of siding blow off in the recent wind storms. We were able to replace the siding with a matching piece.
