This was a full roof, soffit, & gutter replacement in Mentor, Ohio. The original roof was 20 years old with no major issues or leaks, but it did have granule loss and patches on the existing shingles. We removed the existing roof and replaced it with Owens Corning TruDefinition shingles in the color Slatestone Grey. We installed an ice and water shield on the entire front porch. We also installed new aluminum soffits, metal fascia, 5" gutters, and downspouts. This homeowner can now enjoy some peace of mind, knowing their home will be protected for years to come!

Roof Replacement with Owens Corning Duration Shingles in Storm Cloud

This was a roof and gutter replacement in Chesterland, Ohio. We weren't sure how old this roof was, but we could tell it had missing shingles, exposed nails, and granule loss. We tore off the existing roof and replaced it with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles in the color Estate Grey. We also replaced the gutters and soffits on several sections around the new roof. Exposed nails are dangerous because they create an entry point for water into the home, which can cause leaking, wood rot, and mold. On this new roof, all the nails will be hidden by the shingles above them, keeping the roof sealed from water for years to come.
