This was a full roof replacement in Kirtland, Ohio. The roof we replaced was estimated to be about 22 years old, and was a shingled roof with no major leaks or issues. The homeowner just wanted a bit of an upgrade, and wanted to replace the roof before problems began to be apparent. This was a repeat customer, she had also come to RJK for her rental property in the past. We removed the existing roof and replaced it with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Designer shingles in the color Bourbon.
