Your company does a roof all the way--not halfway! Plus a 50 year non-prorated warranty. I had 8 estimates. It took me 2 months to find the best company! RJK is a class act! From Katie to Francisco to Greg! Greg is such a good, knowledgeable manager, and you probably could not find anyone to replace him. Both roofing and gutter crews were amazing! I was a pain the butt, and your people treated me great! Francisco, gutter foreman, is great. You're a man of many hats! Your crews get along so good and work their butts off!

Quality. Charlie was great to work with. He is thorough & extremely attentive. Would have liked to receive a call at end of each day of project with what was done & what is left to be done in next days of the project. Project manager was always prompt returning calls & explained answers to questions well and thoroughly. Team on the project were friendly and courteous. The foreman did a great job keeping us informed on things they were doing on site when they were there.

Chardon Roof Replacement

Kismet & Dan M. of Chardon had a roof that was over 20 years old. They didn't have any current leaks but wanted to replace the roof before any problems could occur. They also wanted to upgrade the look of their home by replacing their roof with all black, architectural shingles. Kismet & Dan went online to find reputable roofers in the area, and he scheduled a time for an RJK Roofing Solutions residential sales representative to give him an estimate for a roof replacement.

After the sales representative's evaluation, he agreed that it was time for Raymond's roof to be replaced. Our production manager got him on the schedule, and our crew replaced the roof with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black. They were very pleased with the result & now they have peace of mind knowing that they protected one of their greatest investments -- their home.
